Morpheus Labs to deploy Chainlink on its BPaaS Platform
Morpheus Labs is proud to announce the planned deployment of Chainlink’s decentralised oracles on the Morpheus Labs Blockchain Platform as a Service (BPaaS).
Blockchains are often inefficient as a data storage and retrieval mechanism. When developers begin to implement their chosen smart contracts, they have difficulties connecting key external resources like off-chain data and APIs. Chainlink solves this problem by serving as a gateway between blockchains and real-world. Oracles get data from the real world and passes them on to smart contract on the blockchain via API’s.
Like Morpheus Labs, Chainlink is blockchain agnostic. Chainlink offers a middleware data solution to a variety of blockchains. At implementation, the Morpheus Labs platform will only deploy decentralised oracles on the Ethereum Blockchain. As decentralised oracles are offered on additional blockchains in the future, the Morpheus Labs platform will strive to offer these too.
By offering developers, students, and companies the ability to use Chainlink’s decentralised oracles on the Morpheus Labs platform, both teams work together to diminish the hurdles of blockchain adoption.
Smart contracts are on track to become the dominant form of digital agreement that will power the global economy’s financial markets, insurance industries, global trade (trade finance), and many other agreements that heavily rely on the reliability of a contract.
Chainlink provides a secure, decentralized and therefore tamper-proof “blockchain middleware”, while also being an easy way to access the multiple inputs and outputs needed by a complex smart contract. By greatly simplifying how smart contracts can securely access key off-chain resources, Chainlink accelerates the development of increasingly useful smart contracts.
Morpheus Lab Blockchain Platform-as-a-Service (BPaaS) and App Marketplace enable organisations and developers to rapidly design, deploy and operate distributed ledgers at a fraction of the current cost and time. While blockchain companies can focus on improving their blockchain, Morpheus Labs focuses on building the tools to develop on these blockchains. By doing so, Morpheus Labs offers an efficient way to develop on the platform offered blockchains.
Morpheus Labs has a direct interest in aiding talented developers and professionals venturing in blockchain. On that note, a 7-week Blockchain Curriculum with Dreamplus Blockchain Academy backed by a renowned South Korea conglomerate was rolled out to emphasize our commitment towards blockchain education. Fortunately, more blockchains, companies, and universities are joining hands to facilitate opportunities across the globe to ensure blockchain will grow to its full potential.
As Dorel Burcea, CIO of Morpheus Lab states, “Morpheus Labs takes a new leap into the global blockchain ecosystem, by planning to give to its platform’s users the great benefit of interconnecting to the real world their applications and blockchain nodes using the integrated Chainlink oracles. We want to give an additional power on top of blockchain agnosticism by integrating chainlink to enable customers to easily apply solutions to many real-world business cases such as; finance, insurance, healthcare, and education.”
While Daniel Kochis, Chainlink (Director of Global Business Development) said,
“Working with Morpheus Labs, Chainlink is excited to provide reliable oracles to the Morpheus Labs global developer community, smart contracts, and Blockchain Platform as a Service to securely access off-chain data.”
Chainlink is a decentralized oracle network that enables smart contracts to securely access off-chain data feeds, web APIs, and traditional bank payments. Chainlink is consistently selected as one of the top blockchain technologies by leading independent research firms such as Gartner. It is well known for providing highly secure and reliable oracles to large enterprises (Google, Oracle and SWIFT) and leading smart contract development teams.
